I have shared a few lovely items from Tropic Skincare in the past, including Tropics Skin Care Colour Click Lipsticks and Tropic Skincare Good Skin Day Resurfacing Serum. I have found the quality to be excellent from the items I have tried so far and was excited to try a few more.
In my POBox I was sent a little surprise and received the Tropic Skincare Wild Mint, Lime and Pineapple body wash, Tropic Skincare Tinted Skin Shade and the Topic Skincare Limited Edition Spotlight Cream Highlighter. I was keen to try out such different items from anything I had previously tried by Tropic Skincare. All the items are Vegan, cruelty-free and made in Britain. Both the Tinted Skin Shade and highlighter are 100% naturally derived, with the body wash being 98.5% naturally derived.
The tinted skin shade came in light/medium and is more of a holiday, beach item with its SPF50 and being water resistant. The tint is protecting, hydrating and complexion perfecting! Containing English ingredients including rose petal infused water, passion flower oil, aniseed myrtle, wild hibiscus flower extract, coconut, jojoba oil, mountain pepper and honeysuckle. It is quite a heavy consistency but gives just a little coverage for on hot, none makeup days. It blends into the skin with a slightly dewy finish.
The body wash smells divine, like fruity sweets. The Wild Mint, Lime and Pineapple smells amazing, other ingredients include coconut cleansers, almond oil, avocado oil, guava leaf juice , bamboo water, bergamot and sea salt. Completely refreshing and uplifting on dull morning showers.
Finally the Topic Skincare Limited Edition Spotlight Cream Highlighter. This again has an amazing list of ingredients including coconut oil, jojoba, candelilla wax, bayberry fruit wax, vitamin E and rosemary essential oil. A pretty pink toned highlighter that blends perfectly. No shimmer just a subtle iridescent lift to the highlighted areas.
wow i have never heard of this brand before but these look amazing xx
