MAC Miley Cyrus Take II – MAC Viva Glam Miley Cyrus Collection #2

Once again MAC have teamed up with Miley Cyrus bringing out a second Viva Glam collection after working together earlier this year. This time the MAC Miley Cyrus collection will include two lip products, a lipstick and a lipglass; Viva Glam Miley Cyrus 2 – radiant orange and Viva Glam Miley Cyrus 2 – sparkling pearl shimmer. All proceeds from these products goes to the MAC AIDS Fund, in fact every cent of the selling price of MAC Viva Glam lipstick and lipglass is donated to the MAC AIDS Fund.

MAC Viva Glam has done so much for AIDS awareness and helped people affected by AIDS. Why is this a worthy cause to you personally?

“I think especially because I’ve never been afraid to talk about sex or sexuality. I think a lot of people don’t have [anyone] to start that conversation, especially in the age group I’m talking to. There are not a lot of people who are open and free to talk about it.”

“[I want to] end the stereotype and the stigma that goes along with people who are affected by [AIDS]. I think it’s telling my fans exactly what it is, and what we’re trying to do to cure it, and how they can prevent it, and starting the conversation. But, also prevent [it]. For some of my fans who don’t know about safety in sex, and what the protocols are, [I want] to be the one to educate them.”

The second MAC Miley Cyrus collaboration was announced by Miley on Instagram account, sharing a few teaser from the campaign, sure to excite make-up and Miley lovers alike! This new collection will be available for a limited time until replaced by a new Viva Glam campaign so make sure you don’t miss out on grabbing your own Miley Cyrus Mac lipstick.
