Christmas can be a stressful time, so it is always nice to plan a few pamper nights and take a little me time. I am often so busy I forget to look after myself so it is important to take an evening off now and then to de-stress.
Home massaging tools are not something I ever thought I would be too interested in. The home appliances I have tried have always been more irritating than relaxing. When I was sent the Mynt range I, in all honesty, had low expectations. How wrong I was. After the first try we loved them and now Jon and I battle to use them.
We were sent both the Mynt Cordless Shiatsu Massage Pillow with Heat and the Mynt Cordless Shiatsu Back, Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat. The massagers inside rotate and feel like someone giving you a firm massage. The massager is powerful enough to make a difference to your tense muscle. It is versitile and can be used in so many areas of the body. The heat function is lovely too, not getting particularly warm but just helping ease the massage with a little warmth.
Both massager can be used on your back, neck, shoulders or legs. The Mynt Cordless Shiatsu Back, Neck & Shoulder Massager with Heat allows you to pull the massage firmly against your neck for an intense massage. Overall, really quite pleased with this, everyone loves it and you can definitely can feel it working away when using it.
A few treats from Tropic have helped with some luxury pampering. Tropic is a brand to keep an eye out for if you like high quality, vegan and cruelty-free cosmetics. Tropic whipped body velvet is a fluffy body butter which contains rarabe butter, baobab oil and Madagascan vanilla. Simply massage into your skin when desired. If you are a vanilla fan like myself, you will love this indulgent scent.
To help send me off to sleep in a calm way I have been spraying my pillows with their Tropic so sleepy pillow mist. The mist contains oils of lavender, rosemary, chamomile, frankincense, rosewood, eucalyptus and rose geranium. This mix of essential oils is calming and helps me fall asleep peacefully, which I often have trouble with.
