Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid
Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid is the latest micellar water that I have been using in a morning and in the evening to remove my make up. I love to use Bioderma which can be expensive to pick up in the UK so my cheaper, go too alternative has been the L’oreal Paris Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution.
The Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid is a facial cleanser, eye makeup remover and toner, although I use it solely as a make up remover. It is very mild and feels water like, there is not oil or residue. It is free from fragrance, alcohol, colours and parabens and is gentle on this skin which is really good for anyone with sensitive or blemish prone skin.
I found the Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid to be an effective make up remover, in the same way as the Bioderma and L’Oréal Micellar Solution it melts away makeup and any other dirt from your face making it feel very fresh and clear. I also found that it didn’t have any drying effect on my skin and left my skin feeling balanced and refreshed.
Off putting features of the Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid are the smell and the price. To me the micellar fluid smells slightly off children’s bubble mix, it isn’t almost odourless like my other micellar waters. The cost of the Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid also feels a bit much as it is currently 3 times the price of the L’Oréal Micellar Solution but with very similar in results. For a cheaper micellar water the L’Oréal Micellar Solution is a winner, but for a higher end product the Bioderma and Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid are a similarly matched in price.
It is a very gentle product that is extra mild so if you are looking for a solution to clearer skin then it is worth checking out the Eucerin Micellar Cleansing Fluid.
Normally love Eucerin products, though think I’ll be giving this one a miss. I love the Garnier Micellar Water if you’re looking to try a new one. Comes in a massive bottle and is often on offer!
