Recently I have been having some really bad break outs and nothing seems to be helping (please leave suggestions of products that might help in the comments below). I’ve written about a few cleansers in the past and really like the L’oreal Paris Skin Perfection 3 in 1 Purifying Micellar Solution as it is so gentle on the skin.
My Mum came back from her weekly shop at Sainsbury’s and picked up this cleanser to see if it might help with my skin. The Dirty Works Pore-fect Facial Hot Cloth Cleanser also comes with 2 muslin cloths which was great as I needed to replace mine. My first impressions from the packaging of the Dirty Works brand were the striking similarities between them and Soap and Glory. Vintage, retro chic except Dirty Works doesn’t have the same price tag. The Dirty Works Pore-Fect Cleanser currently has £2 off and is only £5.
The Dirty Works Pore-Fect Cleanser contains Eucalyptus which whilst smelling strong is very gentle on the skin, particularly around the eyes. Compared with other cleansers I can use this product on my eyes to get rid of all eye make up without any irritation. reaction or stinging. I haven’t had any eye make up that it could not remove and all my make up is dissolved leaving my face clean. It also contains Shea Butter and Vitamin E so it is a really creamy formula that doesn’t dry out the skin. The smell of Eucalyptus may be off putting for some as it is quite a strong aroma but makes the cleanser more blemish fighting than those without.
I’ve been using the Dirty Works Pore-Fect Cleanser day and night and although my skin isn’t perfect and it isn’t an instant fix my blemishes have been reduced and my skin is feeling a lot better.
Haven’t tried any of there products before but sounds great

I’ve just started using a hot cloth cleanser but this one sounds lovely! What type of break outs are you having? If it’s cystic spots, I’d 100% recommend Mario Badescu buffering lotion and drying mask, as it’s the only thing I’ve ever found to help. It it’s normal blemishes, try Quinoderm 5%. It’s quite drying but really helps clear up spots! There’s a 10% one too which is stronger but can be quite irritating to skin.

I’m having horrible breakout too, I need a product to help fix my skin so will try this since it won’t break the bank. Thanks for reviewing it xx
