Here is my back to school outfit that I wore for starting back at university yesterday. The jeans I am wearing are MOTO Vintage wash Baxter relaxed skinny jeans that I bought from Topshop. They are awesome for dressing down for casual events or dressing up for nights out. My top with the wording, ‘oui oui monsieur,’ was a Primark find and was only £4. These Rose embroidered Dr Martens are ones that I wear all the time, they are comfy and strong and are a real statement piece to an outfit. I also love that they have embroidered roses down the side as my name is Rose :D. Rucksacks are great this year and have become a far more stylish item, especially among students. I picked mine up over summer in a small boutique shop and I love it!
For doing my hair I have a used a hair doughnut from Ebay which is so easy and effective for making an oversized bun. Simply do a ponytail and pull the doughnut onto the ponytail. Push the hair over and secure with a clear bobble. Twist excess hair around the bun and pin with kirby grips. I then pulled out wispy bits to make it more messy.
The main makeup I am wearing is Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick shade cherry blossom from Boots. My eyeliner was done using Barry M Blink Precision Eyeliner Pen Black from Superdrug. This is my favourite eyeliner for doing controlled eyeliner flicks as it acts like a pen so you can just draw it on. It is also waterproof and lasts a very long time.
