As we have the Uuni 3 Portable Wood Pellet Pizza Oven we chose to also get two of the Uuni Sizzler Pans.These oval cast iron sizzler pan can be popped straight into the oven. I make my breakfast in them by first putting my oven on the highest temperature available. I spray the pans with fry light, add in a frozen Linda Mccartney Vegetarian Red Onion And Rosemary Sausage and set a timer for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I add my mushrooms and tomatoes. Jon isn’t vegetarian so adds bacon at this stage and again add a timer of 5 minutes. Next add your baked beans and again leave for 5 minutes. Finally add your eggs and cook for a final 5 minutes.
