Love Me Beauty is a beauty subscription service that I have been loving for a long time now. The latest issue just arrived and I am in so excited to share all of the samples with you. It also came in a lovely strong makeup bag (with none of their branding on the outside which is a nice change!)
First are some American beauty cult-loved items that I have been wanting to try for the longest time. Shade Outlaw liquid lipstick by Kat Von D is a brilliant bright red. I have worn it every day since the sample arrived and I love the formula, pigment, texture and shade. I can see why they are one of the most raved about liquid lipsticks on the market. It is great to have a bold red lipstick that doesn’t smudge or fade. I also love the size of it, perfect for travelling and I will never use all of the product anyway!
I enjoy a dainty cat flick eyeliner so the Trooper Kat Von D Ink Liner was an exciting sample for me. Being a sample size does make application trickier but again I am loving the brush and the true black result.
My last sample from Kat Von D was the Studded Kiss Lipstick in shade Magick. A far more everyday shade, a shimmer finish ‘sweet dusty pink’, that I will get a lot of use out of. I love that the packaging for the Kat Von D samples is as beautiful as full sized.
Next, I have begun trialling the Exuviance Moisture Balance Toner. I have used it morning and evening after cleansing and with a decent sized 30ml sample can truly experience the results of this skin care product. I am also looking forward to trying the Exuviance Purifying Clay Masque, Jon and I love a good face mask! Exuviance isn’t a brand I had come across before but their products are made in the USA and not tested on animals so I am very happy to try them.
The final brand in this month’s Love Me Beauty subscription was the Omorovicza Budapest Rejuvenating Night Cream and Copper Peel. Both products are high end and high budget so it is great to be in the position to try before buying. The Omorovicza Budapest Rejuvenating Night Cream 15ml sample is in a lovely glass jar and is a thick cream with a delicious scent. Love Me Beauty have provided samples with beautiful packaging this month. The Copper Peel is a two-phase peel that I am excited to try out. You combine a blue copper paste and a lactic acid activator, something new and interesting for me to sample!
